Argelith Hexalith®
THE HEXAGONAL TILE FROM ARGELITH
PERFECT SIZE. PERFECT FORM
For the highest demands
Developed for extreme loads –
robust, versatile, quick to install
Its unique hexagonal shape with an edge length of 10.8 x 12.5 cm offers a decisive advantage during installation. It enables a funnel-shaped arrangement around floor drains and trench drains without creating lippage or having to cut tiles. This shape is ideal for creating slopes in wet areas, making it the perfect choice for these environments.
Hexalith® also offers clear advantages in dry areas. Its hexagonal shape ensures that the impact force of e.g. hard plastic wheels is minimized, as rolling loads hit the tile edges at an acute angle. This reduces vibrations and avoids the familiar “rattling” noises on tiled floors.
Another technical advantage lies in the size of the tile. Compared to larger formats such as 30 x 30 cm, the smaller hexagonal tiles minimize the risk of hollow areas under the tile, which is crucial in areas subject to heavy traffic, such as forklift traffic or machine use. The hexagonal format therefore not only offers a long service life, but also excellent floor protection, especially in production areas with high hygiene requirements.
Hexalith® tiles are increasingly becoming the standard solution in areas subject to extreme loads and strict hygiene regulations.

ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE FLOOR COVERINGS
OPTIMUM SAFETY COMPONENT FOR THE PROTECTION OF EMPLOYEES AND MATERIALS
Electrically conductive floor coverings are becoming increasingly important. Wherever static charges can lead to a hazard, it is essential to install an electrically conductive floor structure. The sharp-edged Hexalith® hexagonal tile can be grouted evenly, resulting in a completely closed surface system. Deposits or impurities cannot accumulate on the covering. With sharp-edged Argelith porcelain stoneware tiles, in combination with an appropriate substructure and a conductive joint, the high requirements of trade associations, laws and standards can be met. System components from ceramic acid construction can be found in the flooring system. Together with qualified installation partners, we support you with the individual implementation details.
Advantages of the sharp-edged tile
- Conductive floor systems up to 106 Ω surfaces
- flush grouting thanks to sharp-edged Hexalith® tiles
